Chelsea Disability Team

The Chelsea Disability Team is made up of Disability Access Officer - Hannah Travers and Disability Liaison Officier - Lara Scott.

Disability Access Officers, known as DAO's, ensure there are accessible facilities and services for supporters with disabilities. These officers lead the club's efforts to create inclusive matchday experiences for all fans. They work to remove barriers and improve access for supporters with disabilities, and are required by the Premier League's rules.

Disability Liaison Officers, known as DLO's, facilitate access and inclusion for supporters with disabilities. They provide support to fans with accessible needs by ensuring reasonable adjustments are met and services provided are accessible.
