Changing Places Facilities - Premier League Stadiums

AFC Bournemouth

The changing places facility has been relocated to the Vitality East Stand’s outer perimeter, whilst enabling works are carried out on the South stand.


The location in the East Stand has been decided in collaboration with AFC Bournemouth’s Disabled Supporters Association. 


This facility is available to all supporters pre/post-match and can be accessed throughout the match by contacting the accessibility team.

The Changing Places facility at The Vitality.

Arsenal

The Changing Places Facility is located in Block 48 on Club Level. 


It is available to any supporter with access requirements in the stadium on a match day or a nonmatch day and it is fitted with a RADAR lock. 


If you would like to use this facility on a matchday, please contact your club’s Disability Liaison or Access Officer, prior to attending the stadium, so that we can ensure you are provided with the full information before attending. 


The facility is 205cm x 410cm (6ft 9in x 13ft 5in) and includes a height adjustable changing bench (length 179cm - 5ft 10in), with shower attachment and a powered overhead hoist, which covers all areas. The transfer space on the left as you face the toilet is 60cm (1ft 11.5in) and on the right is 96cm (3ft 2in). 


Colour contrasted wall mounted and drop-down grab rails are fitted around the toilet. 


The facility also includes a sink, a privacy screen, nonslip flooring and a pull cord emergency alarm. Please note that slings are not provided by the Club. 


If you do not inform your club before attending, please speak to a steward when you are at Emirates Stadium.

Aston Villa

Villa Park has a changing places facility situated in the lower Trinity Road Stand. 


It is located close to the family zone in Block C9. 


To access this facility on a match-day please contact your nearest steward. 


Visiting supporters who require the use of the changing places facility and any supporters who require any additional information, please contact 0121 326 1518 or email accessibility@avfc.co.uk prior to your visit to Villa Park.

Brentford

Brentford have two Changing Places Toilets within the stadium, one on the second floor of the South Stand and one in the main concourse of the North Stand within the Family Area. 


Supporters in the West or East Stands (including the away end) requiring access to these Changing Places Toilets should ask a steward who will escort them.  


The Changing Place Toilets include a large space for both the user and carer to move freely within the room, accessible toilet, hoist, movable changing bed, privacy screen along with seating for other users.


Please contact accessibility@brentfordfc.com if you require use on a matchday prior to your visit.


All 23 of Brentford's Accessible Toilets have been made Stoma Friendly.


Supporters will be able to identify these facilities by looking for the accessible #StomaFriendly toilet signage, which is on the door of every Stoma Friendly Toilet in the stadium.

The Changing Places facility at The Gtech Community Stadium.

Brighton and Hove Albion

Brighton have one changing places facility located in the East Stand in section E2A, measuring 6.16m x 2.56m.


The facilities are as follows:


  • Bench (adjustable height, adult size, free-standing)


  • Hoist (ceiling)


  • Peninsular toilet


  • Non-slip floor


  • Shower and shower curtain


  • Emergency alarm


  • Radar Key accessible


  • Colour-contrasted hand railings and fixtures


  • Full-length mirror


  • Sanitation bins


  • Paper roll

Burnley

On the ground floor level of the North East accessible stand, there is a fully equipped changing facility. 


Access to the facilities in these stands are not 'key' controlled.

This facility includes the following;


  • Grab rails by the toilet and sink


  • Mounted flushing lever


  • Heated Floor


  • Full-length mirror


  • Emergency assistance alarm fitted to floor level


  • Bench


  • Hoist


  • Shower and shower curtain


  • Non-slip floor


  • Sanitary bins

The Changing Places facility at Turf Moor.

Crystal Palace

There is a Changing Places facility in the Holmesdale Stand; this provides a peninsular toilet, adjustable changing table, hoist and other facilities. 


The room is 2.8m x 4.3m with a 1m wide door. 


Also, there is a second smaller changing area with a dropdown changing table within the new Main Stand accessible toilet.

Everton

Three Changing Places facilities are located on each level within Hill Dickinson Stadium. 

The Hill Dickinson Stadium.

Fulham

None available.

Craven Cottage.

Leeds United

Brand new changing places facilities are now open and located in the South West Corner. 


A Changing Places facility is available to visiting supporters upon request, however, we ask that if you may require this facility, you email accessibility@leedsunited.com prior to your visit.

Liverpool

There are also 3 Changing Places facilities available in the stadium: one in the Kop, one in the Anfield Road Stand and another in the Main Stand.


A radar key is required for all accessible toilet facilities. 


Radar keys are available from stewards close to each facility.

The Changing Places facility at Anfield.

Manchester City

It is located in the South Stand on Level 0, close to Block 019, and can be accessed with a RADAR key. 


The facility provides additional space and is equipped with a hoist, a height-adjustable adult-sized changing bench, a height-adjustable sink, and a fully accessible shower. 


Visitors must bring their own sling for the hoist. 


On matchdays and event days, you can ask a steward for assistance; they can escort you to the Changing Places facility, and our stewarding team also has access to a RADAR key should you require one.

The Changing Places facility at The Etihad.

Manchester United

There are two changing places facilities in the Stadium; one behind the East Stand Wheelchair Platform in the concourse adjacent to the South East Quadrant, and another in Stretford End Tier 2. 


These facilities are available for use by supporters who are unable to use standard accessible toilets, or anyone else who would require the use of it.


The changing places facilities have more space than standard accessible toilets, and all the necessary equipment, including height adjustable changing benches and a hoists.

Newcastle United

East Stand: Ground Floor, Near to access 9 Level 7.


Milburn: (access for visiting supporters)  Next to Lift 5.


Each Changing Places toilet provides: 


  • A height adjustable adult-sized changing bench.


  • A tracking hoist system, or mobile hoist if this is not possible.


  • Adequate space in the changing area for the disabled person and up to two personal assistants.


  • A centrally placed toilet with room either side.


  • A screen or curtain to allow some privacy.


  • A safe and clean environment.


  • Wide tear off paper roll to cover the bench.


  • A large waste bin for disposable pads.

Nottingham Forest

None available.


There are 5 accessible toilets, all with Stoma Friendly facilities.

The City Ground.

Sunderland

Changing facilities are provided at the Stadium of Light.


These rooms provide more space than standard accessible toilets in addition to all the necessary equipment, including a height-adjustable changing bench and a hoist.


Changing facilities are available for all supporters to use in the West Stand, located near block L1/U1.


All other accessible facilities require a radar key for entry, which are available by contacting your nearest steward.

The Stadium Of Light.

Tottenham Hotspur

There are three Changing Places facilities:


  • In the Tottenham Experience (flagship shop, located on the High-Road, which is available pre-event only)


  • Next to Block 105 (Level 1, West Stand)


  • In the East Atrium (Premium access only)

The Changing Places facility at The Tottenham Hotspur Stadium.

West Ham

London Stadium has three adult changing places facilities:


  • Two situated on the concourse at Block 124 and 149.


  • One in the Club London hospitality area at Level 1 (in the lobby outside the Londoner Claret Lounge)


These facilities are larger than standard wheelchair-accessible toilets, and include a height-adjustable changing bench, a hoist and room for up to two personal assistants.

Wolverhampton Wanderers

A Changing Places facility is located is in-between Stan Cullis and Steve Bull stands.


The facility is larger than a standard accessible toilet, equipped with a hoist, a height adjustable adult-sized changing bench, a height adjustable sink and a fully accessible shower and more than enough space for a wheelchair users and two personal assistants. 


Supporters can gain access to the facility by speaking with a steward.

Changing Places Facilities - National Stadiums

Wembley Stadium

There are now 3 Changing Places units in the stadium, located on Level 1 at Block 104 and another at Block 143 and on the 4th floor near our West Sensory Room at Box 4007.


If you require access, please speak to a member of the Customer Engagement team who will be able to direct you. 


Please remember to bring your own sling if you require to use the hoist.
