Personal Assistants

While we have access stewards available to assist supporters with access needs, it is not possible for the club to provide a chaperone service for individual supporters.

If you require assistance from another individual on matchdays to support with matters like pushing a wheelchair or help to use the toilet, then you are entitled to bring a personal assistant who can provide this support.

As a reasonable adjustment, the club does not charge accessible ticket holders for a personal assistant ticket.

As the club recognises that supporters may bring different personal assistants to games, as an accessible ticket holder you can manage your personal assistant ticket via the My Network function in your digital ticketing account.

There is no requirement for each different personal assistant to have an account.

Conditions

Many supporters with disabilities are aided by young carers.

In line with our conditions of issue, young carers under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult aged 18 or over with a valid match ticket.

The conditions of issue also state that accessible tickets and personal assistant tickets are non-transferable.

This includes season tickets and match-by-match tickets.

Personal assistant tickets cannot be used without the ticket holder also attending.

Club Chelsea personal assistant match tickets are also free of charge, however, there may be a charge for food and beverage packages.
