Chelsea Football Club are committed to providing accessible services and facilities to our supporters with disabilities and additional needs.

This guide provides helpful information on services available at Stamford Bridge and Kingsmeadow, to make your journey to the stadium and experience there as enjoyable as possible. 

If you need a Personal Emergency Evacuation Plan (PEEP) or have a medical requirement for equipment, medication, or larger bags, please click to complete a form and Chelsea's matchday safety team will be in touch with you.

If you require a PEEP or a medical bag exemption for CFCW games at Cherry Red Records Stadium, please contact disabilityteam@chelseafc.com.

Lift passes for the day can be collected from Window 7 of the ticket office or from main reception.
