The Changing Places logo

Accessible Toilets.

There are nine accessible toilets in total, with at least one in every stand; all are clearly signed and fitted with alarms, mirrors and braille signage.

A Changing Places facility with a ceiling hoist is located in the West Stand and is available to all supporters who may require it.

For accessibility queries, contact 0371 811 2012 or access@chelseafc.com.

Assistance Dogs

Assistance dogs are welcomed at the Cherry Red Records Stadium.

Assistance dogs must remain on a lead and under your control at all times.

Supporters with assistance dogs will be required to contact our Disability Access team on disabilityteam@chelseafc.com.

Any additional needs to support access into and out of the ground, and the welfare of the dog before, during and after the match, will be arranged.

Please contact Chelsea using the button below, if you will be bringing an assistance dog.

Food and Drink

Grab something to eat or drink from the kiosks in every stand, or the food trucks behind the South Stand. It is worth getting there early before the queues build.

All general admission kiosks and bars close at the 75-minute mark, except the Phoenix pub, which stays open until 90 minutes after the final whistle.

Please note that the number of kiosks and food trucks open at each match will vary based on attendance numbers.

  • Alcohol can be bought inside the ground  and can be taken to your seat in every stand except Block 121.
  • Block 121 is our alcohol-free area.
  • Food cannot be brought into the stadium, apart from children's snacks or anything needed for medical reasons.
  • Soft drinks in plastic bottles are fine.
  • Glass bottles, metal containers and any alcohol brought from outside are not allowed.

Supporters may be asked for ID when buying alcohol, so bring a valid form with you.

If you've already bought a ticket elsewhere in the ground and would prefer sit in the alcohol-free area, contact the Ticketing team and they'll look at moving your seat:

Merchandise and Programmes.

Both Chelsea merchandise and matchday programs will be able to be purchased by supporters once they are inside the ground, with kiosks located in the south-east corner of the stadium .

A map of the ground is available in the entering the stadium section.

Wheelchair User Rain Ponchos

Specially designed rain ponchos for wheelchair users are available for use at the Cherry Red Records Stadium, when booked in advance.

Please contact Chelsea's Disability Team to book ponchos for the Cherry Red Records stadium:
