The Chelsea Access Team are solely responsible for managing inquiries regarding accessible tickets, personal assistant (PA) tickets, and accessible parking.
For information on accessible tickets, please go to the "buy tickets" section of the Chelsea website. The FAQs section answers questions about the forms of identification required. Tickets can be purchased via an online form.
Accessible car parking is provided at Stamford Bridge, Cherry Red Records Stadium and Kingsmeadow. Spaces can be booked via Chelsea's online booking form.
Accessible car parking booking opens approximately 28 days before the matchday.

The Chelsea Disability Team is made up of Disability Access Officer and Disability Liaison Officer.
Disability Access Officers, known as DAO's, ensure there are accessible facilities and services for supporters with disabilities. These officers lead the club's efforts to create inclusive matchday experiences for all fans. They work to remove barriers and improve access for supporters with disabilities, and are required by the Premier League's rules.
Disability Liaison Officers, known as DLO's, facilitate access and inclusion for supporters with disabilities. They provide support to fans with accessible needs by ensuring reasonable adjustments are met and services provided are accessible.
For disability access enquiries please contact the Disability Team using the email below:

Chelsea pride themselves on delivering a positive experience for all supporters, however, sometimes things can go wrong.
If that happens, Chelsea want to know about it.
On a matchday, the best people to speak to are stewards or uniformed members of staff.
Often issues can be resolved there and then.
If your issue cannot be resolved on the day, or concerns another matter, you can contact the Supporter Relations Team.
Once the communication has been received, our Supporter Services team will send an acknowledgement confirming the case reference number.
The logged complaint/feedback will then be passed to the relevant department for review.
If a response is asked for or warranted, Chelsea FC will endeavour to respond within 14 working days from receipt of the complaint/feedback.
If it is felt the complaint/feedback cannot be resolved within that time, an acknowledgement of the communication will be made as an interim measure.
For most supporters, this will be the end of our communication.
In some cases, if dissatisfied with the outcome, you can request to escalate the complaint to a senior manager of that department to review.
As a final measure, supporters can contact the Independent Football Ombudsman (IFO). Click for further information on how to contact the IFO.
Alternatively, by post to: Independent Football Ombudsman, Premier House, 1-5 Argyle Way, Stevenage, Hertfordshire, SG1 2AD.
